Early application (applied by April 2, 2024)
Course fee is $2400 when the application is submitted by early application due date April 2, 2024 and $400 deposit is paid within one week of an offer of space in the course.  50% of balance ($1000) is due by May 8, 2024, remaining 50% of balance ($1,000) is due by June 14, 2024.

Regular application (applied after April 2, 2024)
Regular course fee is $2900. The $400 deposit is due within one week of an offer of space in the course. 
50% of balance ($1250) is due by May 8, 2024 and remaining 50% of balance ($1,250) is due by June 14, 2024, or within one week of an offer of space in the course whichever is sooner.

cancellation policy

$400 nonrefundable deposit secures space in the course.  50% of balance due by May 8, remaining 50% of balance due by June 14, 2024. Course fee, less the $400 nonrefundable deposit, is refundable for cancellations received by June 8, 2024. Course fee is nonrefundable after June 8, 2024 partial course fee may be transferable to a future course, but is not guaranteed.    

If a trainee is unable to participate due to personal or family health and safety reasons, or other emergency, the Academy will do everything possible to make a fair arrangement with the trainee for partial transfer of fees and possible partial refund of fees, yet the Academy does not guarantee refunds outside of the schedule outlined above.  

If the Academy cancels the course before the start date, fees paid are fully refundable or transferable, at choice of trainee.  If the Academy reschedules the course before it begins for health and safety reasons, guidance of greater authorities or acts of Nature or God, amounts paid in excess of deposit will be refundable, and deposit will be transferable.  If a partial reschedule is required after the course begins for health and safety reasons, guidance of greater authorities or acts of Nature or God, the Academy will make a fair plan for rescheduling the remainder of course and transferring fees paid as needed, however refunds are not provided in this case.
